What could be better on Valentine’s Day than an absolutely unique wine and chocolate tasting? Join John Alongé, author of The Wine Heretic’s Bible, for this no-holds-barred extravaganza. You’ll learn the intricacies of various kinds of chocolate as well as why certain wines go so well with certain chocolates. This lively and entertaining event will culminate in a “Blindfold Tasting”, in which you and your companion will take turns wearing the blindfold while learning to distinguish various wines and chocolates by taste alone. Shades of 9 ½ weeks!

This Sushi class is geared toward couples and will feature the romantic side of Jeff Roberto from Sushi on a Roll explaining how to roll and eat your creations (better yet, feed your partner your creation!) Join us and sip on a Martini while feasting on Sushi~ what better Valentines date is that? On the menu: California Rolls, Spicy Tuna Rolls, Shrimp Tempura Rolls, Rainbow Rolls, and MORE. This will be a hands-on cooking class with a limit of 2 martinis per person.
